This weekend saw a group of 7 divers head up to Port Stephens for a weekend of fun and frivolity. The plan was to shore dive Saturday and Monday and do a boat dive on the Sunday. Everything went pretty much to plan. My photos didn't turn out too crash hot but it was an awesome weekend (bad photos doesn't necessarily convert into a bad weekend). Thanks to everyone that helped make the weekend a success.

Wow, what a nice w/e mother nature delivered! The highlight for me was the 2nd dive on the Pro-dive boat at the Shark Gutters! Saw heaps of stuff, and the dive master, Kath is tops. It's the second time we had her as a dive master and she's very good at spotting things! The other highlight for me was after our Pro-dive excursion, we went to the Co-op and got 2kg of prawns and munched on that for the afternoon (Yum!) whilst having a glass of red wine (Double yum!) with my fellow dive buddies, including Jonathan (My numero uno buddy ;) ), Laura, Reg, Scott & Jae! An afternoon of pure relaxation under the beautiful sun! The day before, after we did our shore dives, we also had a yummy BBQ at the campsite where Jane also came along with her parents! Another equally fun day!!!!!Jonathan says he wants to go back to take more pictures...Won't take much to twist my arm that's for sure!

Hey I just want to say what an awesome weekend I had away (even though I did have some nasty hayfever allergy problems - I still managed three shore dives). It was great to relax and chat with friends after a day of diving. I have some pics to upload but will have to wait for Reg to help me with it. I am looking forward to the next one.
